I switched insurance companies a year ago after paying an incredibly high rate. I really needed to cut costs after a divorce and so glad that a family member recommended Francis Family Insurance Agency to me. I’ve not only saved money, but having the auto payment set up has saved me the hassle of remembering the due date and having to either call in the payment or send in a check. This single mom does not have time for that! :) Happy customer after one full year!

Francis Insurance Agency is really great!! They are always professional; they answer your questions quickly. I had worked in insurance for over 25 years and know when an agency does quality work and they do! Ryan is who I have worked with mostly and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I guess I don’t tell them enough that they offer superior service. They have never been pretentious; that is just not them.

One of the best!!! Have never had a problem with them. Not only do they try to find a great price for you but they also put you and your family first! I have been with them since 2015 and as long as I live in Michigan they will be my insurance company!!
