Francis “Family” Insurance treats their customers as Family! I had received quotes from many other insurance providers who do their job and do it well, asking the necessary questions to make the quote. Kelsey P at Francis Family Insurance asked questions about ‘me’; how the house buying process was, how excited she is for me, and explained very well how their system sorts to find the best quote for me! Our phone call was 24 minutes and I just knew I wanted to do business through their company regardless of the price, because doing business with them felt easy and relaxing.

I have never had my own auto insurance before and wanted to look into getting my own for once and was having a very hard time finding affordable insurance. I spent 3 days on the phone with probably 10 different companies and was starting to think ill never be able to afford my own auto insurance. Then at the last minute I found Francis Insurance in Grand Blanc, I spoke with a very helpful man named Ryan, he took down my information and called me back in less than an hour with by far the lowest rate I was quoted. He quoted me at least a good $150-$200 less than everyone had told me. He had me covered with very affordable insurance within 15 mins of being on the phone with him. I will look no further and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. They are fast, efficient, informative and very very polite. I am so happy with them, I could not have had a better experience!
